Hargrave Oil syndicate no longer functioning.

After 15 years of running the syndicate I have decided that the time is right for me to stand down. Sadly no one else has come forward as a volunteer to continue the syndicate so it is now closed. Syndicate members will need to order their own oil from now on unless you can find another syndicate in the area.
